Who We Share Information With
We may share information with insurance carriers, brokers, wholesalers, and managing general agencies; service providers and technology, automation, and AI vendors that process information on our behalf; payment processors; inspection companies, claims representatives, data providers, and auditors; and legal or cybersecurity professionals — when reasonably necessary for insurance-related purposes.
Sharing as Permitted by Law
We may also disclose information as required or permitted by law, including to regulators, law enforcement, and courts, and in connection with fraud prevention or a business transfer.
No Sale for Unrelated Third-Party Marketing
The Way Agency does not sell customer information for unrelated third-party marketing. Routine sharing with carriers, service providers, technology vendors, analytics providers, and agency partners as described in this notice is not intended as a sale of customer information.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a security event involving customer information, we will evaluate it and provide any notices required by applicable law.
