How We Use AI and Automation
The Way Agency may use artificial intelligence, automation, workflow tools, data tools, communication tools, document tools, and other technology to assist our team with quoting, servicing, documentation, account review, reminders, communications, data entry, analysis, and internal agency operations. These tools are intended to support our staff and improve service.
Human Review and Accuracy
These tools may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. They support our staff and are subject to human review; The Way Agency may review, rely on, correct, supplement, or disregard technology-generated information as appropriate.
Technology Does Not Bind Coverage
No AI tool, automated system, communication, summary, draft, message, recommendation, or technology-generated output changes, binds, adds, removes, confirms, or guarantees insurance coverage unless confirmed in writing by the insurance carrier or The Way Agency.
Vendor Data Use
When AI-assisted tools, automation providers, or technology vendors process customer information on our behalf, they are expected to use that information only for the services they provide to The Way Agency and not for unrelated third-party marketing.
